After Algorithm

Privacy and terms of use

A simple approach: process only what is necessary, explain the limits, and leave modification decisions to you.

1. No application-level retention

Submitted text and images are processed for the request needed to analyse them or create a copy. The application does not write them to a database and does not use them to train an AI system. This architecture is not described as cryptographic zero-knowledge.

2. Local history

Text history is off by default. If you explicitly save a text, it remains in local browser storage on that device.

3. Nature of results

After Algorithm provides technical observations and interpretation aids. A signal is not proof of AI origin, and absence of a signal is not proof of human origin. You remain responsible for modifications or removals you apply.

4. Image provenance

C2PA carries provenance information. Removing provenance or metadata creates a new copy and must not be represented as preserving the signature or history of the original.

5. Local storage and trackers

This version uses no advertising cookie and no third-party audience analytics. Local storage is used for theme, inspector mode and, only after an explicit action, text history.

6. Applicable law

The service is published from France. Any mandatory rules applicable to the user or dispute remain reserved.
